Hey guys!

Thank you so much for stopping by today to check out my debut novel, Choosing Evil! This baby was a labor of love, for sure. And, its tagline, 'Embrace Your Inner Demon' had already raised from eyebrows around my small beach town (oops!).

Well, if you're into the paranormal like I am, it won't shock you to know the demons in Choosing Evil are not only sexy and bad-ass, but full of emotional baggage and human appeal.

While Choosing Evil is Serafina's story, her love interest, Damon is a giant part of it. If you like what you read, get ready for the sequel, Breaking Evil, which I'm hoping to release in 2015. Both books are part of The Ensouled Trilogy, which not only pits good against evil, but makes each character, and reader, question what evil really means to them.

I hope you have a fun today getting introduced to Choosing Evil, and me! Don't forget to find me on social media and, of course, sign up for my giveaways below. :)

Thank you again for helping me celebrate Choosing Evil's release!

Felice Stevens' A Walk Through Fire Release Day (+Giveaway)

Title: A Walk Through Fire
Author: Felice Stevens
Publish Date: November 25, 2014
Years after running away from an abusive foster family, Asher Davis still inwardly struggles with the guilt of leaving his foster brothers behind. He’s climbed to unimaginable heights as a ruthless, high-powered attorney, creating a life of power and control. He takes whatever and whoever he wants.

Blaming himself for the death of his parents, Dr. Drew Klein retreats into a shell of loneliness, merely going through the motions of life. After a disastrous, short-lived marriage, Drew decides to leave his lucrative medical practice to set up a clinic for abused young men and women. The decision has more repercussions than Drew could ever imagine when the dark and sensual Ash Davis volunteers to help.

Although Drew isn’t gay, Ash is inexplicably drawn to him. He vows to simply bed him and forget him like he's done with every other man. However, Drew's sweet and caring nature and unexpected passion stun and frighten Ash, who questions his right to any happiness at all. And when Ash befriends an abused young man who unwittingly draws the clinic into danger, threatening Drew’s safety and that of his beloved grandmother, Ash discovers that there is nothing he won’t sacrifice to protect the love he never thought he’d find.

I have always been a romantic at heart. I believe that while life is tough, there is always a happy ending just around the corner. I started reading traditional historical romances when I was a teenager, then life and law school got in the way. It wasn’t until I picked up a copy of Bertrice Small and became swept away to Queen Elizabeth’s court that my interest in romance novels became renewed.

But somewhere along the way, my tastes shifted. While I still enjoys a juicy Historical romance, I began experimenting with newer, more cutting edge genres and discovered the world of Male/Male romance. Once I picked up her first, I became so enamored of the authors, the character-driven stories and the overwhelming emotion of the books, I knew I wanted to write my own.

I live in New York City with my husband and two children and hopefully soon a cat of my own. My day begins with a lot of caffeine and ends with a glass or two of red wine. I practice law but daydream of a time when I can sit by a beach somewhere and write beautiful stories of men falling in love. Although there is bound to be angst along the way, a Happily Ever After is always guaranteed.

Vanessa Kelly's Tall, Dark & Royal Blog Tour (+Giveaway)

Blurb: He's the man behind the mission to track down the illegitimate children of England's Royal Princes and help them get their due. But his deepest desire is far more personal...Magnificent and stubborn.

Fourteen years apart has not changed Chloe Steele, or Dominic Hunter's love for her. He'd been a street urchin, a boy raised at court, and finally a magistrate, yet he'd never belonged anywhere--except by her side. Now Chloe devoted herself to girls threatened by scandal--like she had been. But she was in danger, and Dominic was determined to help--and hopefully make up for lost time...

Even in childhood, Dominic had made Chloe feel safe. Now she also felt thrillingly flustered by the powerful man he'd become, and by the longing he inspired. Because Dominic meant not only to protect her, but to untangle the lies that had separated them. Yet for Chloe, surrendering to temptation may be easier than risking a future that could ruin them both...

Excerpt: Dominic has been called to Chloe's house after she's been attacked by the former fiance of a young woman she is sheltering. Chloe and Dominic discuss the situation with Chloe's son and his wife, Griffin and Justine.

"What did the doctor say?" he asked quietly, taking her long, slim fingers in his. Chloe was a lady to the tips of her toes, but her hands bore one of two faint scars and the marks of kitchen burns. As he'd come to learn, she'd worked hard over the years, first as a nurse and companion to an elderly woman, and then in running her large household. She'd been born into a genteel existence, but fate had decreed another type of life for her, and she was not a weak woman to shirk either work or responsibility.

Chloe gave his fingers a comforting squeeze but then carefully withdrew her hand. Dominic's heart twinged at the subtle distance she insisted on placing between them.

"You're not to worry." Her voice held a soft, comforting quality that reminded him of simpler times. Dominic's life had never been simple, but Chloe had always made it seem easy and uncomplicated. "It's a nasty little bump, but I felt only a momentary dizziness, more from shock than anything else. The doctor simply wants me to keep a cold compress on my head to take down the swelling."

Dominic gently pressed two fingers along her finely carved jaw, turning her head slightly to examine the compress. Her skin was soft as the inside of a rose petal, and he had to smother the urge to stroke her slim throat and white shoulder. Chloe was a year or so past her fortieth  year, but her skin was still silky and unblemished by time.

One of her hands fluttered up to touch his shoulder before retreating. "Dominic, truly there is no cause for concern, at least not about my silly head."

"I'm relieved to hear it, but clearly something is cause for concern, yes?"

Her lips pressed into a taut line, evidence of her unwillingness to answer him.

"Yes," Griffin interjected in a loud voice. "There is a great deal to be concerned about, and if Chloe insists on being so damned stubborn, then I'll get on with it."

"Really, my son, such language," Chloe huffed. "Whatever will Dominic think?"

"I know what Dominic thinks of me," Griffin said dryly, "since he's made his views amply clear over the years. Although since I've married Justine his carping has diminished."

"I never carp," Dominic said, "I merely suggest. Now, I suggest you all stop trying to divert my attention and tell me what's going on."
